Please keep in mind that if you place your order during the initial reservation, the postage label will be delivered to you separately via email on your return date.

Return Instructions:

  1. For one harness, use the “Priority Mail Flat-rate” envelope; for two or three harnesses, use the “Priority Mail Padded Flat-rate” envelope. Put the postage on it and drop it off at the USPS.
  2. Please keep your tracking information.

*** For two or three harnesses, it is recommended that you add insurance valued at $100 to offset the charges that will become applicable should the package become lost or stolen.

*** USPS encourages reusing envelopes, but please remove all old markings and labels.

Why was I just charged $8 for a return label and then when I went to make a purchase less than 2min later you charged be $14.99 for a shipping label!?? Why is it inconsistent? Hi, the $14.99 is rental and not shipping label. We charge for shipping to you ($8.25) and we offer return label (another $8.25, which you chose to add in this order) for convenience. You do not have to buy the return label from us, you can purchase it at the post office.

Is the return label price included in the rental or is it separate? So I need to add one to my cart on top of the rental? So total for both would be around $32? Customer asked on September 11, 2024
