Description

Please follow these packing guidelines based on the number of harnesses in your order to ensure smooth processing and tracking:

  • For One (1) Harness: Please use the standard USPS Priority Mail Flat-Rate Envelope.
  • For Two (2) or Three (3) Harnesses: Please use a USPS Priority Mail Padded Flat-Rate Envelope to comfortably fit the equipment.

Drop-Off & Tracking Guidelines

  1. Affix Postage: Securely attach the pre-paid shipping label to your return envelope.
  2. Clear Old Markings: While reusing mailing envelopes is highly encouraged, please ensure you completely remove or cross out all old barcode markings, addresses, and labels to prevent processing delays.
  3. Ship It Back: Drop the package off at any official USPS mailbox, blue collection bin, or local United States Post Office branch.
  4. Save Your Receipt: ⚠️ Please keep your physical USPS tracking receipt. This acts as your official proof of postmark date should any transit delays occur.

Important Safety Recommendation

For orders containing two (2) or three (3) harnesses, we strongly recommend adding a baseline $100 shipping insurance valuation to your package wrapper. This completely offsets any equipment replacement fees that would become applicable under your rental agreement should the carrier lose or misroute the package during return transit.

Why was I just charged $8 for a return label and then when I went to make a purchase less than 2min later you charged be $14.99 for a shipping label!?? Why is it inconsistent? Hi, the $14.99 is rental and not shipping label. We charge for shipping to you ($8.25) and we offer return label (another $8.25, which you chose to add in this order) for convenience. You do not have to buy the return label from us, you can purchase it at the post office.

Is the return label price included in the rental or is it separate? So I need to add one to my cart on top of the rental? So total for both would be around $32? Customer asked on September 11, 2024
